Hi,

My name is Annette, I'm a registered nurse, and a health and wellness coach. I have been in the healthcare field for 10

 years.

I enjoy people and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve those around me.   I have walked this journey for several years myself and am excited to share the best practices I came across and applied successfully.

I am blessed to have four grown children.  DJ my oldest son and daughter-in-law Lindsey who just welcomed their first child and my new grandson Levi!  Another son, Brady, and then my twins Brennan and Makenna.  I am so proud of all of them.
